Data we may collect
Account details, family setup data, child profiles, task activity, wallet transactions, rewards, lessons, calendar events, feedback, messages, uploaded photos, homework, essays, voice notes, device/session details, and support or diagnostics data.
Why we use it
To operate the family economy, verify work, process approvals, show statements and scorecards, personalize age-appropriate coaching, notify parents and helpers, improve safety, debug the alpha, and prevent abuse.
Photos and media
Uploaded images and media may be stored and processed to confirm chores, homework, reading, lessons, toy ownership, or other family-approved activities. Some media may be reviewed by AI services and, where needed, by an authorized adult.
Children and parental consent
A parent, guardian, or authorized adult must consent before we collect personal information from children. Parents can request access, correction, export, deletion, or account closure through support during alpha.
Sharing
We may share data with service providers that help run the app, such as hosting, authentication, storage, AI processing, email, WhatsApp/SMS, analytics, security, and support providers. We do not sell children's personal information.
Retention and deletion
Alpha data may be retained while an account is active, while needed for safety, debugging, legal compliance, or backup recovery, and then deleted or de-identified according to the retention process available at that time.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards for alpha data, but no system is perfect. Avoid uploading sensitive documents, medical records, government IDs, or anything unnecessary for family activity verification.
